Our RWS Transform division empowers organizations to accelerate digital transformation, scale global content, and unlock growth in every market.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Customer Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers for all project-related activities.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.\nSet up and manage end-to-end project workflows using RWS tools, technologies, and best practice methodologies.\nPrepare accurate project quotes, schedules, and resource plans that align with customer requirements.\nClearly communicate project requirements to internal production teams to ensure successful execution.\nMaintain strong customer relationships and consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.\nSupport onboarding of new customers and guide them through RWS solutions, workflows, and processes.\nParticipate in customer meetings, provide project updates, and ensure follow-up actions are completed on time.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nEnsure effective financial management across projects and programs.\nMonitor project budgets, profitability, and work-in-progress (WIP).\nRaise and manage purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs).\nEnsure timely customer invoicing and support debt collection activities.\nPrepare accurate budget forecasts and financial submissions.\nDeliver projects in line with agreed margin and profitability targets.\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify project risks, challenges, and opportunities.\nProactively manage issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.\nImplement mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including: \nBudgets\nVersion control\nPurchase orders\nInvoicing records\nProject archives\nEnsure compliance with ISO standards, quality processes, and internal governance requirements.\nFollow established project management methodologies and operational procedures.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying best practices and operational efficiencies.\nEnsure accurate utilization and capacity management data is maintained within relevant systems and tools.\nContribute positively to a collaborative team environment.\nOperational Excellence\nAdhere to company processes, systems, and reporting requirements.\nSupport data accuracy for operational planning and decision-making.\nPromote efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across customer accounts and internal operations.\nPeople Development\nShare knowledge and best practices with colleagues and junior team members.\nSupport mentoring, shadowing, and on-the-job learning initiatives.\nHelp identify training needs within the team.\nTake ownership of personal development and actively participate in performance and career development discussions.\nRequired Knowledge & Understanding\nStrong understanding of: \nProject Management principles\nRisk Management\nISO standards and compliance requirements\nCustomer service and account management practices\nUnderstanding of matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.\nKnowledge of customer industries, business objectives, organizational structures, and stakeholder management.\n\nSkills & Experience\nStrong customer-facing communication skills.\nProfessional verbal and written communication.\nPresentation and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical or linguistic concepts to non-technical audiences.\nStrong planning, organization, and time management skills.\nEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nRisk assessment and escalation management.\nAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Languages, or a related field.\n3 to 5 years of customer-facing project management experience in a similar or related industry.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and customer relationships.\nCertified user of RWS tools and technologies (preferred).\nKey Behaviours\nProfessional and role-modeling RWS values.\nProactive, responsive, and customer focused.\nCommitted to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nStrong team player with a collaborative mindset.\nAdaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.\nAccountable, organized, and results oriented.\n\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
