Combining strong communication skills with attention to detail, the Collections Representative will help reduce financial risk while supporting positive customer relationships.\nACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE\nWhat the Job Entails:\nPerform high-volume outbound calls and send written communications to clients to collect overdue accounts\nMonitor and manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts, prioritizing based on aging and risk\nDocument all collection activities in internal systems with precision and accuracy\nNegotiate payment arrangements, including payment plans and settlements, in line with company policies\nPerform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between customer records and internal accounts\nInvestigate collection issues and advise customers on corporate A/R policies and procedures\nCollaborate with internal departments (sales, billing, customer service) to resolve disputes and payment delays\nEscalate complex or high-risk accounts to management when necessary\nProcess credit card and other forms of payment securely and accurately\nSubmit invoices, statements of account, and payment reminders to customers\nRespond in a timely manner to customers and internal inquiries\nAssist with month-end closing activities related to receivables\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections in a high-volume environment\nFluent in Spanish (verbal and written)\nStrong understanding of the full accounts receivable cycle and collection processes\nProven ability to meet or exceed collection targets and performance metrics\nExcellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills\nHighly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and proactively resolve issues\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities\nExperience with Sage 300, GETPAID, or other ERP/collections systems (strong asset)\nKnowledge of transportation/logistics industry (asset)\nFamiliarity with credit risk assessment and aging analysis (asset)+\nFreight Forwarding (Air
