You will work closely with leading mobility providers and some of the world’s largest cities.\nWorking closely with project management and product teams, you will find the best solution to fit the client's needs and product strategy, prepare the roadmap, manage backlog & ensure smooth development of the project.\nThis is a Hybrid role based in our Vilnius office, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office according to your preference. In this position, you will report to the Director, Operations.\nResponsibilities:\nWorking closely with our clients to deeply understanding their needs and challenges.\nCollaborating with the project management team to create roadmaps for our clients.\nLeading product discovery sessions to challenge problems, narrow them down, and identify potential solutions.\nThoroughly documenting each step of the discovery process and ensuring the delivery team has a clear understanding of the problem we aim to solve and the desired output.\nProviding support to the team throughout the delivery phase and ensuring we design and ship the right solutions.\nParticipating in team rituals such as standup meetings, backlog refinements, and more.\nQualifications and Experience:\n3+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing products.\nBackground in collaborating within cross-functional product teams.\nExperience in leading product discovery to understand end-users' needs and problems.\nExperience in supporting product delivery to ensure the development and delivery of the right solutions.\nFamiliarity with delivery frameworks like Agile, Scrum, Shape Up, etc.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nGenuine passion for products and user experience.\nSalary:\nThe salary range for this position is 3916- 4750 EUR gross per month (47,000-57,000 EUR gross per year).\nWhat we offer:\nWork Your Way.
