Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil)\nFluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken) are a MUST\nMinimum of 5 years' experience in power/electricity contract administration within an energy trading company or utility\nConcrete understanding of energy trading activities in the Brazilian, Argentinean and Colombia power and nat gas sector, including transmission, distribution, and energy storage contracting\n Solid understanding and working knowledge of:Power purchase and sale agreements (PPAs) in the Brazilian market including Balcão Brasileiro de Comercialização de Energia (BBCE) contratos padrão de compra e venda de energia elétrica.\nCCEE (Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica) regulations and procedures\nFinancial derivatives and hedging instruments for power trading\nGrid connection agreements and transmission contracts with ONS (Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico)\nNDAs and related power sector agreements\n\n Good understanding of Brazilian regulatory framework including ANEEL regulations, free energy market (ACL -
