ownership of technology execution and business results.\nYou'll join our PMO team to lead cross-functional IT initiatives, connect business strategy with technology delivery, and optimize the frameworks and processes that enable our teams to operate at scale.\nYour mission: Turn complexity into execution, align teams around priorities, and ensure technology projects deliver measurable business impact.\nWhat You'll Own\nProject Execution: Lead multiple technology projects and programs from planning through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes.\n\nStrategic Alignment: Translate business priorities and OKRs into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.\n\nAgile Delivery: Coordinate Scrum ceremonies, optimize sprint execution, and improve team productivity across IT squads.\n\nPortfolio Management: Manage project dependencies, resource allocation, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments across teams.\n\nERP & Integrations: Coordinate ERP and integration initiatives, supporting development workflows and IT business processes.\n\nOperational Excellence: Champion Trafilea's Operational Framework and continuously improve project management processes and team efficiency.\n\nStakeholder Management: Align IT leaders, Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive accountability and decisions.\n\nPlanning & Prioritization: Support quarterly planning, backlog management, squad structures, and prioritization methodologies.\n\nPerformance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, project dashboards, and execution progress, driving data-informed improvements through Asana.\n\nRequirements\nIT Project Management: Strong experience leading complex technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.\nAgile Expertise: Solid knowledge of Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices.\nTechnical Understanding: Experience working with software development teams, ERP systems, integrations, and IT workflows.\nProject Management Tools: Hands-on experience with Asana or similar platforms, plus familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and Lucidchart.\nStrategic Thinking: Ability to connect business objectives with technology execution, project priorities, and measurable results.\nAnalytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.\nProcess Optimization: Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to workflows and operational performance.\nStakeholder Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment.\nOwnership & Execution: Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strong communication and prioritization
