We’re building the AI Growth Engine that powers the next generation of consumer brands.\nWe’re looking for an AI & Automation Lead to own the roadmap behind that transformation-identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across the organization and turning them into scalable AI systems, agents, and automated workflows.\nYou’ll operate at the intersection of AI, engineering, automation, and business transformation, leading both the technical decisions and the team responsible for taking AI from opportunity to production.\nDesign and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organization\n\nMap and redesign end-to-end processes to unlock automation opportunities\n\nIdentify and prioritize high-impact (20/80) leverage points\n\nBuild or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows, and automation systems (RAG, APIs, pipelines)\n\nDefine governance, monitoring, and performance frameworks for AI systems\n\nDrive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data\n\nLead technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and reliability\n\nEstablish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure impact\n\nImprove workflows to accelerate time-to-production (2x speed)\n\nBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team\n\nRequirements\n5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments\n\nStrong experience in AI/ML systems (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, MLOps)\n\nProven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems\n\nHands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS, FastAPI, Node.js or similar\n\nStrong systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomes\n\nData-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments\n\nExcellent communicator, able to translate complex AI concepts into business value\n\nStrong ownership, prioritization (20/80), and execution
