product roadmap for our apparel eCommerce stores and use customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and technology to improve the shopping experience-and the metrics that matter: conversion, revenue, engagement, and retention.\nThis is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of Product, eCommerce, CRO, Data, UX, and Growth, building experiences for brands backed by a Consumer Tech Platform that has generated $1B+ in cumulative revenue and served 12M+ customers.\nDefine and own the product roadmap for our apparel eCommerce stores, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business impact.\n\nIdentify growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research.\n\nLead conversion rate optimization initiatives across the shopping journey using A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.\n\nCollaborate with Acquisition, Retention, Creative, Engineering, Data, and UX teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.\n\nTranslate business goals into product initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.\n\nMonitor and optimize key product metrics including conversion rate, revenue, customer engagement, and user experience.\n\nDrive continuous product innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and customer behaviors.\n\nLead Agile product ceremonies and ensure efficient execution from discovery through delivery.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of Product Management experience within eCommerce, preferably in apparel, retail, or DTC brands.\n\nProven experience owning product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.\n\nStrong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), experimentation, and A/B testing.\n\nExperience working with Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar.\n\nExperience collaborating closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, and Marketing teams in Agile environments.\n\nStrong understanding of user acquisition, customer journeys, funnel optimization, and retention principles.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.\n\nExperience leveraging AI tools to improve product development, experimentation, or operational efficiency is a strong
