software while continuously improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems.\nYou will:\nDesign and build scalable technology solutions that support Trafilea’s growth and the evolution of Trafilea Engine.\n\nDevelop new capabilities and continuously improve existing systems, with a strong focus on internal APIs and infrastructure.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code designed for high-scale environments.\n\nIdentify technical debt, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and implement solutions to address them.\n\nImprove system performance, reliability, security, and scalability.\n\nContribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews, helping raise engineering standards.\n\nEnsure strong observability through effective logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging practices.\n\nDocument technical solutions clearly to enable effective cross-team collaboration.\n\nHelp shape the backlog and connect technical decisions and KPIs with product and business priorities.\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong Full Stack experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.\n\nStrong backend development experience with Node.js/ NestJS or comparable technologies.\n\nStrong frontend development experience with React /Next.js.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid experience designing and developing REST APIs.\n\nHands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based environments.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and system reliability.\n\nExperience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows, and engineering quality practices.\n\nExperience with observability and production systems, including monitoring, logging, debugging, and identifying technical debt and performance
