This position is responsible for managing daily scheduling, coordinating spa services, and acting as the primary point of contact for guests and spa staff. The Spa Coordinator will oversee appointment bookings, maintain accurate records, and facilitate communication between therapists, management, and clients to optimize service delivery. Ultimately, this role supports the spa’s operational efficiency and helps drive business growth through attentive service coordination and effective team collaboration.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment.\nProficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification or training in spa management or hospitality.\nExperience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.\nKnowledge of wellness and spa treatments and products.\nAbility to speak a second language relevant to the local guest demographic.\nFirst aid and CPR certification.\nResponsibilities:\nManage daily appointment scheduling and ensure optimal allocation of spa therapists and resources.\nGreet and assist guests, providing detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.\nCoordinate communication between spa staff and management to address operational needs and guest requests.\nMaintain accurate client records, including preferences, service history, and payment information.\nAssist in inventory management by tracking product usage and coordinating supply orders.\nSupport marketing efforts by helping to promote spa services and special offers to guests.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards within the spa environment.\nHandle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.\nSkills:\nThe Spa Coordinator utilizes strong organizational skills daily to manage complex appointment schedules and ensure efficient use of spa resources.
