excellence, and partner closely with Product and business leadership to deliver impactful products.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead, mentor, and grow engineering teams while building a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.\n\nManage and lead a team of 5-10 engineers, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance guidance.\n\nOwn engineering execution across planning, prioritisation, timelines, quality, and delivery.\n\nPartner closely with Product to understand business priorities, make technical estimates, and drive effective trade-offs.\n\nDefine and guide system architecture, HLD, scalability, performance, reliability, and engineering standards.\n\nSolve complex technical and organizational problems and unblock teams effectively.\n\nDrive improvements across SDLC, development practices, code quality, testing, and engineering efficiency.\n\nCommunicate clearly with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to create alignment.\n\nChampion a strong bias for action, customer focus, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n8+ years of software engineering experience with significant engineering leadership/people management experience.\n\nProven experience managing teams of 5-10 engineers.\n\nStrong backend engineering experience and deep understanding of large-scale systems.\n\nStrong HLD, system design, and architectural trade-off expertise.\n\nStrong project and execution management skills.\n\nGood product understanding with the ability to prioritize and make pragmatic technical decisions.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\n\nB.E /B tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a well-reputed
