You’ll tackle challenging problems across system design, performance, and scalability, helping build infrastructure that processes hundreds of millions of documents monthly.\nWhat we expect from you:\n7+ years of experience\n\nAgility in shipping features\n\nGood at code design and architecture\n\nGreat communication\n\nBackend experience - Preferably golang, python\n\nDatabases - Understanding of data modeling for Nosql preferably cassandra.\n\nStrong fundamentals in OOP design patterns.\n\nBasic understanding of Devops.\n\nCuriosity and Willingness to learn new things while solving a challenging problem.\n\nLearning and incorporating best practices in software development, security and design/architecture.\n\nSome of the interesting features we have shipped in backend\nCompile python code into C which could be imported into golang and then shipped as binary for on premise systems\n\nAutoscale GPU dependent services with kubernetes with a custom metric\n\nDisplaying machine learning metrics in simplified ways to end users so they can act based on those metrics\n\nBuilding large number and variety of integrations with relatively generic interface like salesforce, quickbooks, RPA's, external databases\n\nProcess large number of files in highly distributed manner in golang\n\nIntelligent lookups leveraging vector databases with data synced from ERP Systems\n\nSome of the interesting things we have shipped in frontend -\nAbility for users to annotate documents so AI can learn which fields to extract.\n\nDisplaying machine learning metrics in simplified ways to end users so they can act based on those metrics\n\nLetting users build complex visual workflows around our API in our product.\n\nLet users visualize complex ML metrics in a very simple and intuitive
