Ultimately, you will help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nPrepare dishes according to company recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.\nFollow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.\nAccurately read, measure, and execute recipes.\nEnsure quality, consistency, and attention to detail in all food prepared.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.\nCommunicate effectively with management and team members to coordinate service.\nAssist other team members with cooking and preparation as needed to meet service demands.\nContribute to a positive, cooperative, and team-oriented work environment.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nQualifications\nExperience in the culinary field.\nFood Handler’s Certification or equivalent (preferred).\nPassion for cooking, creativity, and strong attention to detail.\nCommitment to quality, teamwork, and a positive work ethic.\n2 years sauté, grill cook experience required\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a high-volume restaurant.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure.\nSkills\nApply culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety and sanitation to prepare high-quality dishes.\nEnsure timely and efficient meal preparation in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborate effectively with team members to achieve kitchen goals.\nMaintain organization and prioritize tasks to deliver an exceptional guest experience.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nStand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).\nLift and carry up to 50 lbs.
