You’ll play a key role in leading ERP integration projects and providing exceptional ERP support to customers.\nYou will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance our AP automation solution, with a focus on ERP implementations.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nDeep expertise in Syspro AND Acumatica\n\nA strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products\n\nA customer-first mindset and outstanding communication skills\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica\n\nAssist the sales team to demonstrate how Traild can assist a prospect to streamline automate and protect their accounts payable.\n\nConfigure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.\n\nCollaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions.\n\nProvide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries.\n\nCreate and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.\n\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence.\n\nStay up to date with the evolving ERP platform and contribute to improving Traild’s integration capabilities.\n\nWho You Are:\n3+ years of experience with Syspro and Acumatica (or the ability to learn Acumatica quickly)\n\nStrong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, particularly Accounts Payable, which involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\n\nComfortable reading and understanding code, not a developer, but confident navigating integrations and data flows, which requires strong analytical skills.\n\nProven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them, which involves strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.\n\nConfident, articulate, and professional when interacting with customers, which involves strong interpersonal skills.\n\nCurious, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, global scale-up, which involves staying motivated and engaged in a dynamic work environment.\n\nComfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup, which involves flexibility and adaptability.\n\nA strong collaborator with an attitude that embraces growth, hands-on execution, and continuous improvement, which involves a willingness to learn and adapt.\n\nSalary Range & Description\nThe base salary range for this position is:\nU.S. Candidates: USD $90,000 - $140,000 / year base pay\nCanadian Candidates: CAD $90,000 - $140,000 / year base pay\nCompensation is determined based on experience, education, and geographic location.
