We meet the needs of more than 600 customers, mainly large corporations, located on most continents (such as Carrefour, Dell, Schneider Electric, United Airlines, RATP et l'ANSSI).\nAs the only European EdTech recognized as a Strategic Leader in the Fosway 9-grid barometer, and with a double-digit annual growth, our company is continuously looking for new talents to bring their expertise and evolve in an international and innovative environment.\nIn this fast-paced business environment, the Sales team, in charge of maintaining and developing our activity towards worldwide customers, is looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DACH Region.\nYour mission\nIn order to achieve this, you will be in charge of the following activities:\nQualify and convert a high volume of leads (inbound and outbound) across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).\n\nSchedule qualified, sales-ready meetings for the Sales team.\n\nProspect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activities using sales and marketing technologies such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.\n\nBe the go-to subject matter expert for our sales automation tool, HubSpot.\n\nHelp define and improve the Social Selling strategy and processes for the DACH market.\n\nStructure outreach sequences and touchpoints.\n\nWrite engaging email, LinkedIn and phone message templates in German and English.\n\nShare these resources and best practices with the sales development team.\n\nCreate campaign templates and workflows in HubSpot for the sales development team.\n\nContinually monitor, measure and improve these processes.\n\nFlawlessly understand and communicate the value proposition of Training Orchestra’s Training Management System and services. Be the product expert when connecting with prospects.\n\nWork closely with the Account Executive responsible for the DACH region to develop the sales pipeline.\n\nTravel occasionally to industry trade shows and events across Europe as needed.\n\nAchieve and exceed your qualification objectives and expected results.\n\nStay up to date with industry and market trends to better understand prospects' needs.\n\nProfessional skills\nAt least 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar sales position in a B2B SaaS company.\n\nExperience prospecting German-speaking markets would be a strong advantage.\n\nA first experience in the learning industry would be a plus.\n\nFluent German and English are mandatory.
