English proficiency as a working language\nAt least 2 years of hands-on detailed design management experience for offshore and onshore oil & gas facility EPC/EPIC projects.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in coordinating and supervising multi-disciplinary detailed design teams.\nFamiliar with commonly used international standards and industry codes in the oil & gas industry.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit, and proficiency in office software (MS Office, etc.).\nBachelor’s degree or above in engineering disciplines;
