Process all invoices (communicate with departments at assigned locations):\nProcess Accounts Payables under company payment terms, ensuring appropriate authorization per company policy\nAdhere to department procedures, ensuring documentation is accurate\nMeet with other departments as needed to resolve invoice issues\nInvolve higher levels of management to resolve issues\nEnsure vendors are paid on time and accurately\nMaintain files for invoices and reports\n2. Follow-up on all problem invoices:\nVisit assigned location for business understanding and issue resolution as needed\nGather all necessary information and data (ex: packing slips, names, dates, documentation, system data)\nSort out misunderstandings with vendors\nGet authorization to pay invoice\nEnsure procedures are followed in an accurate and timely manner (ex: received and entered into system)\n3. Perform Month-End Tasks (Journal Entries & Balance Reports):\nFollow checklist for schedule and organization of all Month-End Tasks\nCreate Journal Entries per checklist\nReconcile accounts\n- Resolve issues as needed\nPrepare analyses\nArchive reports/documentation as required\n4. Support Finance Department - as needed\nCreate standard reports\nSupport Fixed Asset Accounting\nSupport Expense Reports and Corporate Credit Card issues\n5.
