predictive maintenance activities across production machinery and facility systems\nDiagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues, including PLC programming and relay logic\nInstall and set up new or existing equipment, ensuring proper operation and commissioning\nFabricate replacement parts, tools, and fixtures to support equipment repair and modification efforts\nDisassemble, inspect, and rebuild equipment to identify wear, alignment issues, or component failures\nModify and adjust automated and computer-controlled systems, including robotic equipment\nWork collaboratively with Production Engineers to improve designs and enhance system performance\nMaintain accurate documentation and logs related to maintenance work and equipment history\nSupport continuous improvement by analyzing equipment performance and recommending process enhancements\nEnsure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nJourneyman card or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience required (not an apprenticeship role)\nAt least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred\nStrong troubleshooting capabilities with automation systems, including PLCs and electronic circuitry\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings\nExperience using hand tools and power tools common in electrical and mechanical trades\nBasic proficiency with Windows-based software applications\nStrong written and verbal communication
