injection molding, and die casting processes.\nUtilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and interpret engineering drawings to support launch quality activities.\nDrive launch containment plans, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for internal and supplier non-conformances.\nDevelop and implement inspection criteria, work instructions, and quality check procedures for new product builds.\nReport program status, risks, and countermeasures to executive leadership and customers.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables), and Gantt charts for project tracking and reporting.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in automotive product launch quality.\nExperience with AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).\nFamiliarity with CMM programming, DOE, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).\nStrong communication, project management, and customer-facing skills.\nPrior
