If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)What's in it for you:\n Impactful Ownership: Join a high-performing finance team where you will serve as the anchor for our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, working capital management, cash disbursement accuracy, and financial integrity.\n Controller Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the Financial Controller and stream leaders, gaining cross-functional exposure across operational accounting, internal controls (SOX), tax compliance, and intercompany settlements.\nModern ERP & System Exposure: Work within an enterprise Oracle/R12 environment and advanced reporting tools to drive process efficiencies.\nCollaborative Culture: Partner closely with procurement, project managers, stream leaders in an open, communicative, and support-oriented team.\nComprehensive Total Rewards: Competitive base compensation, and medical coverage, \nWhat you will do:\nFull-Cycle Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process high-volume invoices with strict adherence to the company's approval matrix.\n3-Way Matching & Discrepancy Resolution: Perform three-way matching; investigate and resolve variances in partnership with other functions.\n GR/IR Account Management: Reconcile and maintain the Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) clearing account, routinely clearing open items and resolving aged commitments.\nPayment Runs & Disbursements: Prepare and execute scheduled electronic disbursement runs while maximizing vendor payment terms.\nCash Flow Support: Support the Financial Controller with weekly cash disbursement projections and monitor committed outflows.\n Month-End Close & Accruals: Prepare monthly AP accruals for unbilled receipts (GRNI) and operating expenses; reconcile the AP subledger to the General Ledger (GL) and resolve any variances before close.\nIntercompany AP Settlements: Reconcile intercompany payable balances with regional business units and settlements.\n Internal Controls & SOX Compliance: Strictly uphold Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, maintaining complete audit trails and supporting internal/external audit requests.\nTax & Reporting Compliance: Validate proper application of local indirect taxes and assist with annual filings. \nWhat you will bring:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant practical experience.\nExperience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on, full-cycle Accounts Payable or transactional general accounting experience within a medium-to-large corporate or multinational business.\nERP Proficiency: Proven, practical experience operating within a major enterprise ERP platform, preferably Oracle/R12.\n Spreadsheet Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (proficient with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation).\nTechnical Accounting Foundation: Solid foundational understanding of US GAAP or IFRS accrual accounting, cut-off principles, liabilities, and debit/credit entries.\n Internal Controls Acumen: Familiarity with standard financial controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and SOX compliance standards.\n Communication & Organization: Strong professional communication skills for working with cross-functional partners, coupled with rigorous attention to detail and ability to meet strict month-end deadlines.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
