Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What You Will Do\nLead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, COPQ, and warranty exposure across residential operations and suppliers.\nUse data analytics, field feedback, and structured problem-solving methods to identify issues and drive permanent corrective actions.\nPartner with NPD teams to embed Design for Quality and support manufacturing readiness for new product launches.\nDefine and flow down critical quality requirements, including CTQs, KPCs, and GD&T, to plants and suppliers.\nDrive process validation activities such as PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans, Safe Launch, and Run-at-Rate to ensure manufacturing readiness and stable production.\nCoach and mentor quality engineers and cross-functional teams on quality tools, standard work, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\n5+ years of experience in Quality, Reliability, or Product Development in a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nProven success leading cross-functional quality improvement and cost reduction projects.\nExperience with stage-gate product development and manufacturing readiness processes such as PDP, NPD, MRT, and PPAP.\nStrong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, GD&T, and root-cause methodologies.\nAbility to travel up to 30% across the Americas.\nKey Competencies\nStrategic thinking and the ability to turn quality data into business action.\nStrong collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams.\nDeep technical understanding of product and manufacturing quality.\nProactive, results-driven approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$89,585.00 - $143,700.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
