When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.Job Summary:\nTrane is hiring for Technical Sales Support AHU. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical selection of AHU (Air Handling Units), generating list price, and providing technical support in relation to AL-KO equipment sales.\nWe invite candidates from all over Poland to apply.\nResponsibilities:\nDraft quotations and commercial offers on time and communicate that to Al-KO Sales Engineer.\nUse the AL-KO software to select units, build the offer and consult with the technical support at the factory if needed.\nUnderstand customer requests and propose new technical advice. Stays abreast of industry trends.\nResponsible for the optimization/validation of the equipment to include selection of size, configuration, voltage, options, etc. of the HVAC equipment by reviewing the plans, specifications, original estimate, and proposal. \nResponsible for evaluating possible cost savings and/or cost problems that will occur on various projects. \nSupports sales and develops preliminary submittals and/or final submittals as required, as well as hold job cost consensus meeting and submittal release and makes any necessary changes.\nResponsible for preparing the correct equipment for order entry, verifying equipment pricing and revising coordination worksheet, as well as reconcile job costs.\nSuggest productivity improvements and innovative actions on processes, organization, tools, etc.\nCommunicate and deliver support to Designers/Consultants.\nOverall cost & selection optimalization including logistics, services, etc.\nBe the back-office support for the Sales Engineers and contribute to the growth of AL-KO products in the market.\nLiaise with the AL-KO plant's support team to optimize major costings, update technical sales support and accompany strategic customers.\nQualifications:\nEngineering Degree.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC industry in technical selection / engineering selection, supporting technical sales.\nWindows/ Microsoft Office product knowledge. \nFamiliarity with HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls.\nTeam player.\nGood communication skills.\nAbility to work across multi-cultural environment.\nFluent English and Polish is a must .\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
