This role turns business and employee needs into working AI and Automation solutions by designing and delivering agents, backend services, APIs, integrations, orchestration logic, and reusable technical components\nThis role requires strong software engineering, solution architecture, automation, and applied AI expertise, along with the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to turn business opportunities into production-ready solutions. The individual in this role will help move AI capabilities from concept to production while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and reusable components that support enterprise adoption.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong technical practitioner who works on building working software, applying emerging AI technologies to practical enterprise use cases, and helping shape the engineering practices needed to deliver AI solutions safely and effectively at scale. The candidate works effectively with business and functional teams to shape use cases, develop prototypes. This role will use coding assistants and agentic coding practices as part of the delivery process while maintaining quality, security, reliability, and control.\nSuccess in this role will come from delivering production-ready AI solutions that provide real business value while improving the speed, quality, and repeatability of future AI delivery, and the advancement of the organization’s AI and automation capabilities\nThis role offers the opportunity to build real enterprise AI and Automation solutions.\nYou will apply modern Automation, AI coding tools and agentic development practices to real product delivery, not just experimentation. You will help determine what works, where the risks are, how quality should be maintained, and how these practices can scale in an enterprise environment.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nBuild high-impact AI and automation solutions for enterprise needs\nWork hands-on with agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, integrations, enterprise systems, and automation platforms\nApply coding assistants and agentic coding practices to production-oriented software delivery\nBuild reusable components, delivery patterns, and technical standards that improve speed, quality, and scalability\nHelp shape scalable, enterprise-ready AI delivery practices that make future AI solutions faster, safer, and more consistent to build\nWhat you will do:\nAs AI/Automation Technical Leader - AI and Agentic Solutions, you will:\nDesign, build, test, deploy, and support AI- and automation-enabled solutions for enterprise use cases\nTranslate product needs, business requirements, and technical concepts into working software that delivers measurable value\nDesign and integrate models, agents, tools, workflows, APIs, enterprise systems, cloud services, and user experiences into reliable AI-enabled applications\nApply emerging AI patterns such as agents, tool-calling, MCP, A2A, agent frameworks, and context engineering where they create practical value\nDesign cloud-based solutions with attention to scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and operational support\nBuild solutions using agentic AI capabilities such as agents, tool-calling, orchestration, prompt workflows, context management, retrieval patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls\nMove AI capabilities from concept, prototype, or pilot into production-ready solutions\nUse coding assistants and agentic coding practices as part of the development and delivery process\nApply automation and AI engineering practices across solution delivery, including reusable services, frameworks, templates, and accelerators\nEstablish and share reusable components, agent capabilities, and engineering patterns that improve the speed, quality, reliability, and consistency of future AI delivery\nProvide technical leadership to other developers by guiding design decisions, reviewing implementation approaches, mentoring on best practices, and helping establish engineering standards\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical work experience\n12+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, solution development, or related technical roles\n3+ years of experience in a technical lead, solution lead, or senior hands-on IT lead role\nStrong programming experience in one or more modern languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#\nExperience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting production-grade applications or automation solutions\nExperience building backend services, APIs, integrations, workflows, and enterprise application solutions\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP\nExperience partnering directly with business stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver technical solutions\nExperience providing technical leadership through design guidance, mentoring, implementation reviews, and engineering standards\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance speed, quality, risk, and business value\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, agents, tool use, orchestration frameworks, retrieval workflows, or multi-step reasoning patterns\nExperience applying agentic AI capabilities to enterprise use cases in operations, service, support, engineering, HR, finance, procurement, or other corporate functions\nFamiliarity with emerging AI patterns such as MCP, A2A, agent frameworks, memory patterns, context engineering, and evaluation techniques\nExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, ITSM, collaboration platforms, or data platforms\nUnderstanding of responsible AI, security, governance, compliance, and risk considerations in enterprise environments\nExperience developing reusable accelerators, frameworks, or technical assets that improve delivery consistency and scale\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
