If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)Vous aimez le terrain, l’animation d’équipe et l’amélioration continue ?\nRejoignez-nous en tant qu’ Animateur cellule (F/H) et contribuez chaque jour à la performance, à la sécurité et à la qualité de nos opérations.\nVous agissez avant tout comme unréférent terrain, uncoach et uncoordinateur de proximité, à l’image d’unentraîneur dans une équipe de sport: vous organisez, soutenez, mobilisez, faites progresser et aidez l’équipe à atteindre ses objectifs collectifs dans le respect des standards.\nVos missions\nDémarrer et sécuriser la cellule en vérifiant que toutes les conditions de production sont réunies : sécurité,5S, matière, effectif, flux.\n\nSuivre l’activité au quotidien en veillant à la qualité, au respect des standards et à l’atteinte des objectifs de production.\n\nGérer les aléas terrain en identifiant rapidement les dysfonctionnements, en apportant un premier niveau de réponse et en alertant le manager si nécessaire.\n\nAnimer et coordonner l’équipe en conduisant les briefings, en répartissant les activités et en facilitant le passage de consignes entre équipes.\n\nAccompagner la montée en compétences en coachant les opérateurs, en transmettant les standards et en soutenant la polyvalence et l’amélioration continue.\n\n Votre profil\nVous savez fédérer, accompagner et faire avancer un collectif sans lien hiérarchique direct.\n\nVous avez une expérience réussie en environnement industriel ou production.\n\nVous aimez le terrain, l’action et le travail en équipe.\n\nVous êtes reconnu pour votre réactivité, votre sens de l’organisation et votre pragmatisme.\n\nVous êtes à l’aise avec les enjeux de sécurité, qualité et performance.\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
