If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)What's in it for you\nThe Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for overseeing daily AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.\nWhat you will do\nAct as a primary contact for internal and external invoice and payment queries via phone and email\n\nPrepare weekly cash forecasts and provide meaningful insight on cash requirements\n\nRun and post payment runs across multiple currencies\n\nProcess company expenses in line with weekly and monthly deadlines\n\nPerform intercompany reconciliations\n\nComplete aged creditor reviews and negative balance analysis\n\nDemonstrate strong understanding of accruals and prepayments\n\nPrepare balance sheet reconciliations\n\nReconcile direct debits and investigate variances\n\nProcess pro forma invoices\n\nSet up and maintain supplier accounts accurately\n\nPost and reconcile purchasing card transactions\n\nProduce and analyze GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) reports\n\nReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly\n\nPrepare and review aged creditor reports, resolving issues with suppliers or internal teams\n\nSupport year-end audits by addressing auditor queries\n\nAssist with preparing VAT and Intrastat filings\n\nSupport the preparation of bank reconciliations\n\nShare responsibility for general administrative tasks within the AP team\n\nProvide coverage and understanding of the credit control function when needed\n\nPerform any other ad hoc duties assigned by senior members of the finance department\n\nWhat you will bring\nExperience in Accounts Payable or a finance environment\n\nMotivated and enthusiastic individual with a proactive, “can-do” attitude\n\nStrong initiative, ownership, and self-motivation\n\nEffective team player with the ability to support others\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nExperience working in a similar AP role within a large or complex organization\n\nSolid Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data visualization\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
