The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of experience, deep technical expertise across AI/ML systems, and a demonstrated ability to execute high-impact initiatives from concept to production. This role requires a combination of strong hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, innovative AI solutions that drive measurable business value.\nResponsibilities:\nExecute and own end-to-end development of AI/ML systems, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.\n\nProvide inputs for the architectural direction of machine learning platforms, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with organizational standards.\n\nLead the evaluation, selection, and integration of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, including GenAI solutions.\n\nCollaborate with product, and domain teams to translate business requirements into well-designed ML architectures and solution roadmaps.\n\nOversee ML model lifecycle management, including experimentation, versioning, CI/CD integration, and continuous improvement.\n\nMentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.\n\nConduct reviews of ML pipelines, code, and solution designs to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.\n\nDrive the implementation of MLOps practices such as automated model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex ML and data pipeline issues and develop long-term solutions.\n\nStay current with emerging trends in AI/ML and GenAI, advising on opportunities to adopt new techniques and accelerate innovation.\n\nEnsure data quality, governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles are integrated into all AI/ML initiatives.\n\nPromote continuous improvement and help establish best practices in AI architecture, experimentation, model evaluation, and documentation.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; master’s degree in data science is preferable\n\n8-10 years of experience in AI/ML development, advanced analytics, or data-driven software engineering.\n\nDeep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, neural networks, NLP, or computer vision.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras etc.\n\nHands-on experience designing and deploying ML models into production environments at scale.\n\nStrong understanding of GenAI techniques, including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt-engineering concepts.\n\nProficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.\n\nExperience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI.\n\nFamiliarity with MLOps tools and practices including CI/CD, model registries, feature stores, and monitoring frameworks.\n\nStrong understanding of distributed computing, microservices, APIs, and data engineering concepts.\n\nKnowledge of ML security, governance, and responsible AI guidelines is a plus.\n\nSoft Skills:\nDemonstrated ability in mentoring and guiding the technical teams.\n\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills for conveying complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.\n\nStrategic thinker with the ability to define long-term AI roadmaps while driving short-term execution.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.\n\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.\n\nProactive, innovative mindset with a strong focus on quality, reliability, ethics, and continuous improvement.\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
