You will collaborate with cross-functional teams over multiple disciplines with an objective to discover problems that need to be resolved and then find innovative solutions to those problems.\nWhat you will do:\nUse and apply engineering knowledge in thermodynamics, statics, aerodynamics and materials in analysis and design of products and systems.\nUse material, component, or design specifications and datasheets to create designs that meet requirements.\nUse engineering judgement, analysis, and innovation to identify and solve problems.\nManages multiple project assignments and tasks and aligns priorities to business and leadership requests.\nApply engineering tools and processes to design, develop, test, and approve products and changes.\nEvaluate and find solutions to operational and prototype issues in lab and field environments.\nUse Lean thinking and fundamentals to drive systems and behaviors for continuous improvement.\nUse feedback and guidance from subject matter experts, suppliers, and educational sources to enhance design and requirements.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering\n8+ years contributing to technical aspects of product design projects, validation testing, and root cause analysis.\nDeliver technical designs to meet project and product requirements\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
