This role serves as a key liaison between Supply business teams, Retail Excellence, IT partners, regional stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and coordinate the delivery of system and process improvements that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and margin performance.\nThis position supports both back-office and front-office business systems that impact the Parts and Supply field organization, including point-of-sale processes, pricing-related capabilities, and store technology solutions. Working closely with business and technical teams, the role helps design, implement, and deploy critical business process improvements aligned with the strategic direction of the Trane Supply business, with a strong focus on standardization, optimization, and end-user adoption across the Americas.\nWhat you will do:\nLead and coordinate projects focused on improving Prophet 21 (P21) functionality, business processes, and operational efficiency across the Supply organization.\nIdentify, prioritize, and support implementation of system enhancements and process improvements that improve user experience, productivity, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and margin performance.\nPartner with Supply Retail Excellence, Regional Managers, Store Operations, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, define priorities, and ensure solutions align with operational needs and business objectives.\nEstablish critical business system and process requirements using Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools and disciplines to ensure projects deliver measurable business value.\nDevelop business cases, success metrics, and project plans for strategic initiatives, including quantifying short- and long-term return on investment where applicable.\nSupport and optimize pricing-related business processes and system capabilities within P21, partnering with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational and business requirements.\nProvide business systems leadership for store technology capabilities that support day-to-day Supply and Parts operations, including payment processing solutions, peripherals, printing capabilities, and other technologies integrated with or supporting the P21 environment.\nServe as a liaison between Supply/Store Operations and technical teams, including Infrastructure, Network, field support, and other technology resources, to coordinate requirements, issue resolution, technology changes, and deployment activities.\nCoordinate cross-functional resolution of business and technology issues affecting store operations, ensuring impacts, priorities, and business risks are clearly communicated and addressed.\nProvide training, communication, and support to end users related to P21 best practices, new features, process changes, and system enhancements.\nLead change management activities to support successful rollout and adoption of new processes, enhancements, and operational capabilities.\nStay informed on P21 enhancements, technology updates, and industry best practices, and proactively recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.\nMaintain strong relationships with regional teams and key stakeholders to identify support, deployment, and training needs and help drive alignment across the business.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.\nProven experience supporting business systems, operational processes, or project coordination in a business, retail, distribution, or field operations environment.\nExperience working with enterprise business systems and related operational technologies in a distributed or multi-location environment preferred.\nExperience with ERP, Prophet 21 (P21) point-of-sale system, pricing, payment processing, or store technology solutions preferred.\nStrong understanding of retail, supply, parts, or branch operations processes and supporting technologies preferred.\nDemonstrated project management, organizational, and leadership skills.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective technology solutions.\nExperience coordinating issue resolution across multiple business and technical teams.\nAbility to motivate, influence, and work collaboratively across functions to achieve business goals and drive change.\nStrong team orientation and ability to bring people together to develop goals, action plans, and practical solutions in support of operating objectives.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nLean or continuous improvement experience preferred.\nField experience preferred.\nValid driver’s license and proof of personal auto insurance required.\nKey Competencies\nProject coordination and project management\nBusiness systems optimization\nCross-functional leadership\nBusiness process improvement\nChange management\nStakeholder collaboration\nContinuous improvement mindset\nProblem-solving and issue resolution\nCommunication and training\nStrategic thinking and execution\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$90,900.00 - $164,675.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
