This role is responsible for coordinating parts ordering and receipt, maintaining accurate stock records, supporting engineers and customers, and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and professionally.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring parts are sourced promptly, stock is controlled accurately, and engineers have the support they need to deliver excellent service to customers.\nWhat you will do\nOrder and receive parts, ensuring all information is accurately updated on internal systems.\nLiaise regularly with customers, engineers, and suppliers to source parts and provide accurate lead times and estimated arrival times.\nProvide professional telephone and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.\nHandle incoming customer calls, logging and raising reactive jobs within the system.\nKeep the stock room organised and tidy, ensuring all parts are stored in the correct locations and clearly labelled.\nMaintain the refrigerant gas cage, ensuring it remains adequately stocked and arranged in a safe and systematic manner.\nCarry out general filing duties, including the secure disposal of paperwork in line with data protection requirements.\nMaintain accurate stock levels by completing regular stock checks across stores, the warehouse, and engineers’ vans.\nCoordinate engineer van repairs, servicing, and MOTs, keeping engineers and management informed throughout the process.\nAssist with unloading and loading large deliveries using an FLT; training will be provided.\nWhat you will bring\nPrevious experience in a coordination, parts, stock control, or administrative role is desirable.\nStrong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nGood communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, engineers, and colleagues.\nConfident telephone manner and professional approach to customer service.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.\nExperience using internal systems for data entry, stock control, or job logging would be advantageous.\nUnderstanding of safe stock handling and storage practices is beneficial.\nAwareness of data protection and confidentiality when handling paperwork and records.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
