You are to work with a project engineer on ensuring smooth execution of a project.\nResponsibilities:\nDesigns, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.\nAnalyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.\nPrepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.\nPrepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.\nPerform testing & commissioning of the control system\nHVAC experience and sequence of preparation\nExperience in technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.\nExperience in IO point schedules, assignments and materials selection with value engineering\nWith logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic, communication protocols & integration\nRequires at least intermediate level of PLC programming knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot & modify existing programs.\nFamiliar with industry-standard platforms such as Siemens PLC system (Simatic /Desigo) and or Schneider EcoStruxure will be an added advantage\nBasic AutoCAD skills to review building layout, and prepare system architecture diagrams and DDC panel drawing\nBe aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment\nBe a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.\nRequirements:\nDegreein Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent\nMin 5 years related experience in HVAC/ BAS industry\nStrong analytic, logic thinking& trouble shootingskills\nExcellent communication & interpersonal skill\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
