In this role, you will be the visiting client sites to identify aging HVAC/BMS controllers and proposing control system upgrades and services contract opportunities. Your goal is to transition our clients from legacy offline systems to cloud-connected assets, laying the foundation for our AI-driven energy services.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct site visits to existing customer facilities to audit their current control systems and HVAC assets.\nIdentify \"digital gaps\": specific controllers that are outdated, obsolete, or incapable of cloud connectivity.\nMaintain a detailed database of the installed base, tagging sites that are \"AI-Ready\" vs. those requiring hardware retrofits.\nPrepare technical and commercial proposals for Controller Upgrades and IoT Gateway installations.\nExplain the technical necessity of these upgrades to Facility Managers/Clients/Consultants.\nCoordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure accurate pricing for installation labour and cabling.\nAct as the bridge between the client’s technical team and our advanced digital offerings.\nDemo the basic capabilities of the cloud platform\nFollow up on service quotations to close small-to-medium retrofit projects\nRequirements:\nDegree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent\nMin 3 years related experience in HVAC/ Building automation industry\nKnowledge in how machines talk to the internet (IoT, Cloud, AI) will be an added advantage\nStrong communication skills.
