If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)Ø General Ledger and Journal Entries\nPrepare all related journal vouchers activities and post in system\nPrepare account reclassification and accruals for the month-end closing,\nPrepare BS reconciliations and upload in system\nPrepare monthly the revaluation STAT, cost allocation to product and intercompany reconciliation including the PPV analysis\nPrepare and review the monthly VAT and withholding tax\nEnsure accounting entries comply with company policy and accounting standards including assessing internal control procedures\nSupport and coordinate with internal, external auditor and tax officer\nØ Accounts Receivable\nVerify supporting documents and managing billing requirements,\nReview and monitor accounts receivable aging, collection and outstanding balances,\nSupport the month-end and closing activities and AR balance reconciliation\nPrepare and record all the Intercompany charging\nØ Treasury Management\nManage daily cash receipts and payment transaction \nMonitor bank balances and update cash position and liquidity requirements,\nPrepare monthly cash flow forecasts and monthly bank reconciliation,\nPrepare JV for bank received and bank charge \nCoordinate with banks on operational matters and documentation, \nØ Fixed Asset and Others\nMaintain fixed asset register and supporting documentation\nRecord asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals and depreciation,\nPrepare Capitalize from CIP to Fixed Asset and depreciation calculation for forecast / budget\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
