Embrace this opportunity to make a positive impact and be the go-to person for our valued customers!\nWhat you will do:\nProvide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.\nPartners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions.\nProcess customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.\nKeep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.\nInteract with customers both on the phone and in person.\nExecutes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery - entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.\nAssists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed.\nFlexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.\nWhat you will bring:\nH.S.
