Join us and be part of a team that is shaping the future of data center technology.\nWhat you will do:\nProject Management:\nLead and manage data center projects, ensuring timely execution from startup to commissioning.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules that track milestones and deliverables.\nManage change orders, scope adjustments, and project modifications in alignment with client requirements.\nTechnical Oversight:\nOversee integrated system testing and functional testing of data center sites.\nProvide expertise in thermal execution for data centers, particularly in chilled water systems. \nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.\nTeam Coordination:\nManage and mentor technicians on-site, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project plans.\nAct as the primary point of contact for technical and operational questions during project execution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction management, and client services.\nCustomer Engagement:\nInterface with data center customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.\nEnsure projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.\nSupport post-installation follow-up to verify operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, industry training programs, or equivalent years of experience (7+ years of experience).\nProven experience managing projects in the data center, industrial, or HVAC sectors.\nDemonstrated expertise in thermal execution, especially in systems involving chilled water or water cooling.\nExperience in integrated system testing, commissioning, and functional testing is preferred.\nStrong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of complex data center infrastructure.\nProficiency in project management tools and software.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and engage with technical staff.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$105,228.33 - $146,720.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nYesSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
