Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nAs a key member of our team, you will develop and automate analytical tools and data workflows that directly support the engineering, design, sales, and manufacturing in our chiller business across North America. You will join a team that is expanding its capabilities in Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts across engineering and manufacturing to build data products that enable the development of new, high-efficiency products worldwide.\n\nApply critical thinking to translate design, engineering, product support, and manufacturing requirements into supporting tools.\nContinuously improve engineering analytics capabilities through improved workflow efficiency, automation, documentation, and enhancements.\nPartner with IT teams to scale and deploy models, analytical tools, and AI.\nDevelop and deploy new analytic capabilities through ML techniques or AI to solve engineering related problems with Product Development, Product Design, or External Customers.\nCommunicate value of analytics opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.\nLead projects with cross functional teams to develop and maintain analytic workflows and visualizations.\nCollaborate with Engineering Technology Center and Advanced Concept and Capability partners to coordinate work and changes.\nBasic knowledge of statistics and ability to interpret statistical analysis.\nMonitors data sets in production to ensure consistency of data feeding production models.\nDevelop data knowledge, documentation and capabilities of the organization by serving as a consultant to other functions.\nPHYSICAL EFFORT:\n\nTypical office environment spending the majority of their time using computers. Accommodations will be evaluated where needed.\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.\n3+ years of relevant work experience in a data and analytics role, preferably for data engineering or data analytics.\nExperience with Solving Problems through automation.\nExperience with agile methodology and concepts required.\nExperience with Dataiku, Tableau, Oracle Business Intelligence, Rapid Miner, Azure BI, Google Cloud Products (Big Query), or other analytics tools.\nExperience with AI tools such as Azure AI Foundry, or Vertex AI is preferred.\nKnowledge of Product Definition and Configuration concepts preferred.\nAbility to travel.
