Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.Responsibilities:\nResponsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer. \nResponsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.\nUtilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.\nFulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.\nGather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.\nCollaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.\nWill plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team\nTravel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. \nDuring the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.\nWhat you will bring:\nStrong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics\nEnergy and utility knowledge preferable\nAbility to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members\nMotivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems \nOrganized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong analytical skills\nPositive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams\nCan work independently and on a team effectively\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.\nExperience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.\nExperience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.\nMust possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: \nDUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$60,000.00 - $109,340.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nYesSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
