You will utilize advanced simulation software and state-of-the-art testing equipment to design and validate shell & tube heat exchanger, while keeping a close eye on competitors and technological trends to continuously enhance customer value.\nWe are looking for candidates with relevant HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) theory, to efficiently advance technical work. If you are passionate about innovation in air conditioning technology and can work effectively in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.\n职责 Responsibilities\n1. 负责壳管式换热器在制冷系统中的设计和性能验证\nResponsible for shell & tube heat exchanger design and performance validation in refrigeration system\n2. 制定、管理和维护换热设计的规范和指南\nDevelop, manage and maintain specifications and guidelines for thermal design.\n3. 确保所有设计和变更均按照公司标准进行资格认证和实施\nAssure all design and changes are qualified and implemented in accordance with internal standards.\n资格要求 Requirements\n1. 硕士研究生或以上学历, 热能及相关专业\nMaster's Degree or above in thermal and related specialties\n2. 英语六级或同等水平\nCET 6 or equivalent\n3. 具有扎实的传热理论基础，并在使用C、VBA、Python等计算机语言进行传热过程模拟和建模方面有相关经验\nStrong foundation in heat transfer theory and extensive experience in simulation and modeling of heat transfer processes using computer languages such as C, VBA, Python, etc.\n4. 了解传热领域的最新学术进展\nStay current with the latest academic advancements in heat transfer.\n5. 具有压力容器设计经验者优先\nPressure vessel design experience is pretty good plus\n6. 熟悉制冷和空调原理者优先\nFamiliarity with refrigeration and air conditioning principles is preferred.\n7. 具有使用Fluent、Icepak、CFX等CFD分析工具经验者优先\nExperience with CFD analysis tools such as Fluent, Icepak, CFX, etc., is advantageous.\n8. 候选人以结果为导向，能够自我管理时间，积极推动工作进展\nCandidates should be result-oriented.
