All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nEOL Test, Final, and Production Assembly\nWork in designated workstation\nMust meet Takt time\nFollow 5S standards for area\nKey Competencies and Success Factors:\nGood verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skills\nMust be able to use and work with power tools and power wires.\nDetail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks\nAbility to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude\nMust have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment\nMust have the ability to lift 35 lbs. as requested\nAbility to learn more than 1 station\nExperience and Skills Required:\nMust have at least 1 - 3 months of final experience.\nMust possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement\nAbility to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions\nCompletion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$19.71 - $21.84Compensation Type:\nHourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
