Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What's in it for you:\nTrane Rental Services is seeking a driven and experienced Equipment Sourcing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our equipment strategy across key categories. In this high-impact role, you will lead complex sourcing initiatives, build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable cost savings and value that directly support Trane Rental Service’s operational growth and strategy objectives. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategy. (This role has no direct reports)\nWhat you will do:\nSource and coordinate rental equipment to meet business strategy and customer needs \nProactively identify and onboard new equipment venders to diversify the supply base and reduce single-source risk \nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders on market trends, supplier capabilities, and overall operational strategy \nLead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, favorable commercial terms, and appropriate risk management serving as the primary point of contact \nWork with vendors to ensure equipment readiness, availability, and configuration to support successful project execution \nProactively source new equipment suppliers to meet business needs \nMaintain accurate system records, approvals, and tracking \nManage requests and related activities across internal business systems \nWhat you will bring:\n3+ Years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, and purchase negotiations or supply chain management \nAbility to manage multiple systems and databases accurately. \nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills. \nStrong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams and external vendors. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience with systems such as SalesForce, Oracle, Coupa, Excel is preferred. \nExperience in sourcing and coordinating industrial rental equipment preferred. \nKnowledge of industrial rental equipment, preferably comfort cooling equipment \nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$72,611.66 - $116,700.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
