Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.The Executive Project Manager, Data Centers, is a senior customer-facing leader responsible for the successful execution of large, strategic customer projects from order intake through factory fulfillment and final field deployment. This role serves as the single point of accountability for complex customer programs, ensuring seamless coordination across project engineering, factory operations, sales, logistics, and regional execution teams.\nThis leader owns the end-to-end customer experience for high-value accounts, driving quality, schedule adherence, documentation readiness, and cross-regional consistency while reducing execution risk and internal friction.\nWhat Is In It For You\nLead large, high-visibility data center projects for strategic customers.\nServe in a highly impactful role with direct influence on customer satisfaction and business success.\nPartner with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, logistics, sales, quality, and field execution.\nDrive continuous improvement and help shape scalable best practices for complex project delivery.\nBuild strong executive-level customer relationships and become a trusted advisor during critical project execution phases.\nTake ownership of end-to-end delivery and make a measurable impact on quality, speed, and consistency across regions.\nWhat You Will Do\nAct as the primary post-order liaison for large, strategic customers, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal execution.\nOwn the customer relationship throughout project execution, providing transparency, responsiveness, and a consistently high-quality experience.\nProactively identify and manage risks, escalations, and scope changes to protect delivery schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nCoordinate across project engineering, factory operations, logistics, sales, and regional execution teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.\nEnsure technical, commercial, and logistical requirements are captured, validated, and communicated before and during production.\nServe as the execution lead for the customer, enabling fast decision-making and issue resolution.\nOversee the full equipment order lifecycle, including:Order readiness and factory intakeProduction coordination and release Storage, staging, and shipment planningField deployment and handoff\nEnsure storage, handling, and shipment requirements meet internal standards and customer-specific obligations.\nEnsure all required documentation-technical, commercial, regulatory, and customer-specific-is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.\nPartner with quality teams to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met or exceeded.\nDrive consistency in execution practices across projects and regions.\nIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and execution risks, and provide structured feedback to improve future project delivery.\nSupport the development of repeatable best practices for managing large, complex customer programs in the data center space.\nWhat You Will Bring\n8+ years of experience managing large, complex, customer-facing projects or programs, ideally in data centers, critical infrastructure, HVAC, or industrial equipment environments.\nStrong leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, logistics, sales, and field execution.\nProven ability to manage high-value customer relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for strategic accounts.\nExperience overseeing projects from order intake through manufacturing, shipment, deployment, and final handoff.\nStrong understanding of project execution disciplines, including risk management, escalation handling, schedule coordination, and quality assurance.\nAbility to manage technical, commercial, and logistical requirements in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail, especially related to documentation, compliance, and execution readiness.\nA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve customer outcomes.\nAbility to work effectively across regions and maintain consistency in execution for complex customer programs.\nThis position requires a strong leader who can coordinate across engineering, factory operations, logistics, sales, quality, and regional execution teams while proactively managing risks, escalations, documentation, and project milestones.
