When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.Job summary:\nThe Field Service Representative delivers expert on-site technical support, system maintenance, and customer service for Trane Technologies’ HVAC products and solutions. This role plays a vital part in maximizing customer satisfaction, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring long-term system reliability. As a Field Service Representative, you will support both customers and internal/external teams with technical guidance, troubleshooting expertise, and clear communication. You will also develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs designed to enhance technician capability, and elevate the overall customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day technical support to customers, dealers, and internal/external teams via phone and onsite assistance as required.\nCommunicate technical information clearly and provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.\nCommunicate service bulletins, alerts, and technical updates in a timely manner.\nConduct product performance investigations and document quality issues.\nMaintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company procedures.\nPartner with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.\nSupport sales teams through key customer relationship management and technical expertise.\nEstablish, deliver, and continuously improve comprehensive technical training programs for service and installation technicians.\nProvide training and guidance to internal/external service technicians on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and system optimization.\nAdminister corrective action programs, concessions, and warranty claim processes in a timely and accurate manner.\nRespond effectively and professionally to consumer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.\nAdhere to all Trane Technologies safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and compliance requirements.\nSupport energy efficiency and sustainability goals by identifying opportunities for system optimization and performance improvements.
