The role will be a part of the Residential HVAC and Supply organization and report directly to the Tyler Plant Controller.\nJob Summary:\nProvides timely and accurate assistance with monthly closing and supporting analysis\nReviews and processes information to create journal entries in the general ledger\nPrepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and reviews for completeness, accuracy and compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company financial policies\nReview variances to determine their cause and identify corrective action.\nParticipates in operational excellence initiatives to support achievement of organizational goals\nSupports the annual budget and standard cost process, strategic review process, and monthly/quarterly forecasting process\nSupports the annual physical inventory process\nPrepares balance sheet account reconciliations\nWorks with operations to develop and load financial forecasts and budgets\nDelivers timely, accurate and relevant financial reports to management in order to facilitate management level understanding of financial impacts\nCompletes special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 2 - 4 years’ experience in general accounting, finance or cost accounting in a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles)\nHigh level of proficiency in MS Office products, Oracle or equivalent ERP/manufacturing application, OneStream, Tableau and Dataiku experience a plus\nExhibit a positive attitude and maintain poise under pressure\nProven track record of working independently and managing multiple projects or deliverables simultaneously.\nProblem-solving capability, detail orientation, and sensitivity to tight time frames.\nExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; adept at translating financial information for non-financial audiences\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$66,816.66 - $93,309.99Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
