When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.What’s in it for you\nTrane is looking for a FSR & Project Engineer HVAC to support our datacenter customers in Denmark. You serve as first point of contact for technical inquires, attend site meetings with other commissioning vendors or Decision makers on site, work closely with PM to understand client’s schedule prioritization and allocate Technicians and resources accordingly on a weekly basis.\nWhat you will do\nPerform complex diagnoses and repairs of equipment and systems at customer’s location.\nPerform complex preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.\nPerform complex repairs of mechanical and electro-mechanical components of productive and non-productive equipment and machinery.\nCarry out commissioning and taking part in planned on call duties.\nDaily reporting of hours and activities by means of a digital work order, inspection list and time sheet to the Service Department.\nManage own stock, materials, tools, and PPE in the service vehicle.\nFrequent trips to our factory in France (Epinal) to follow up on orders and ensure everything runs smoothly and meets customer requirements.\nWhat you will bring\nThis role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing complex products and equipment on assigned projects.\nAble to effectively manage complex technical projects.\nEffectively communicate, negotiate, and influence different stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, and lead by example through adhering to the leadership principles.\nMay provide coaching, act as subject matter expert for less experienced technicians and customers and may provide sales support to account managers.\nAbility to perform all work in the service and maintenance field on all major types of equipment.\nWork under limited supervision.\nUse cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.\nThis role requires around 5+ years of relevant experience in refrigeration or HVAC technology or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.\nF-Gas certificate and other necessary licenses.\nSeveral years’ experience as Field Service Representative.\nAble to drive and work in Denmark.\nStrong ability to work flexibly across multiple locations.\nExcellent written and oral communication, in English.\nGood laptop experience is preferred.\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive salary.\nLearning and Development Opportunities at Trane Technologies.\nNice benefits, including a fully equipped company car.\nParticipate in projects for both cold and heat supply.\nCareer opportunities.\nWorking with units, software and controls developed by Trane Technologies.\nLearn more\nVisit our websites:https://trane.eu/dk\nhttps://www.tranetechnologies.com/en/index.html\n\nWatch our video: RUN WITH US!\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
