The primary role is to provide technical support for post-sales customer queries and provide the appropriate level of support based on contractual obligations. This will include providing warranty support and service coverage for customer entitlements. Working in LiquidStack’s production facility, this individual will have access to the production line, training center, and engineers to support these efforts. This individual will learn about a variety of new technologies, which will shape the data center industry for decades to come. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about this profession and wants to be a team member of the world’s global leaders in liquid cooling for data centers, edge, and high-performance computing.\nWhat you will do:\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nFront line support for LiquidStack customers and the Global Services team.\nProvides post-sales support and assists with technical product questions for all customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partner network.\nContacts regional leaders to support and coordinate on-site repairs.\nCollaborates with quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to support spare part purchases and warranty fulfillment.\nUses BoM (Bill of Material), 3D and 2D drawings, schematics and other documentation to troubleshoot customer issues and document in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.\nCommunicates with the engineering and product management team as required.\nActs in a manner consistent with LiquidStack’s core values and according to LiquidStack’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.\nComplies with standards and procedures of LiquidStack’s health and safety manual and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.\nWhat you will bring:\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nHigher education diploma, technical school degree, or equivalent military training. BSc in Engineering, Industrial Design is a plus.\nExperience in the mechanical, thermal, industrial, or manufacturing industry.\nExperience in customer service or satisfaction role, such as call center or support.\nData Center, mission critical, IT Infrastructure, or process cooling/heating experience is desirable.\nThermal system design or HVAC/R experience is preferred.\nWorking knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D or 2D modeling and/or other solid modeling is desirable.\nAttention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.\nMust have strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAble to prioritize competing tasks and keeping to critical deadlines.\nSelf-starter that can be hands-on and able to work independently.\nMulticultural approach, comfortable working with diverse cultures and mind-sets.\nAppreciation to work in a global organization with teammates in different time zones/regions.\nExcellent communication (verbal & written).\nFluent in English; multi-lingual a plus.\nStrong knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$67,000.00 - $95,829.99Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
