Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What's in it for you:\nAs Nuvolo’s Implementation Specialist, you will be assisting in the implementation of Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s), leveraging your strong background in ServiceNow and utilizing Nuvolo’s Global Services Delivery model. You will participate in Delivery Projects by scripting and configuring the product to meet the client’s requirements. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the platform’s best practices and industry standards.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and configure web services within the EAM platform built on ServiceNow.\nConfigure and customize various Nuvolo Connected Workplace products to meet business and client requirements.\nWork with web technologies including JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.\nPerform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis activities across modules and applications.\nBuild and maintain platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs, and related platform capabilities.\nSupport and enhance Service Catalog solutions based on business needs.\nWork with Service Portal and UI Builder to create and improve user experiences.\nIntegrate the EAM platform with third-party tools using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and other platform integration capabilities.\nAssist in assessing client product usage and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and increased value.\nPerform unit testing, validation, and peer code reviews to ensure quality and reliability of solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.\nContribute to documentation of technical designs, configurations, and development standards\nWhat you will bring:\nOver 4+ years hands-on experience of the ServiceNow platform.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript.\nUnderstanding of core ServiceNow components and configuration practices.\nKnowledge of fundamental database concepts.\nProficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and HTTP.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.\nAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
