In this role, you will operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable manufacturing production processes. Your cross-functional team will be focused on delivering quality, safety, and operational efficiency improvements.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.\nCreate cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.\nDesign manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.\nUphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.\nGenerate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.\nServe as a voice of the customer for input for new design development.\nPartner with on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).\nWork with factory staff and manufacturing engineers to configure the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as manufacturing processes and products change.\nTroubleshoot technical and configuration issues with MES, and train personnel on use of the system.\nTranslate internal and external customer requirements into MES functional development requests, and then test those developments.\nWhat you will bring:\nrevious experience in a manufacturing environment.\nPFMEA experience preferred.\nAbility to accurately assess manufacturing issues related to process and design.\nEffective communication at multiple levels coupled with ability to build relationships.\nGrowth mindset - desire to expand technical skillset.\nResults-driven to maintain accountability and customer-focus.\nDegree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines.\nCandidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$20.50 - $28.00Compensation Type:\nHourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
