In this role, you will support customers and internal partners by helping ensure inquiries, quotes, orders, and day-to-day needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. This position plays an important part in delivering strong customer experience and supporting regional success through responsiveness, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention to detail.\nThe Inside Sales Specialist works closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support customer needs, identify opportunities to add value, and help drive business results. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys balancing service, sales support, and operational coordination.\nWhat you will do:\nProactively engage customers by phone and email to understand their needs and provide prompt, effective support.\nRespond to customer inquiries related to parts, equipment, orders, and general support needs in a professional and solution-focused manner.\nPrepare quotes, process orders, and manage follow-up activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nPartner with Account Managers to support customer accounts and contribute to regional revenue goals.\nIdentify opportunities to add value for customers through related products, promotions, and solution-based recommendations.\nResolve customer concerns by identifying the best method of resolution while adhering to company policies and processes.\nMaintain working knowledge of product offerings, systems, and internal resources to support customer needs effectively.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and a seamless customer experience.\nMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, quotes, orders, and follow-up activities.\nManage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\nWhat you will bring:\nHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nPrevious customer service, inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred.\nExperience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.\nStrong customer service skills and previous customer service experience are preferred.\nStrong critical thinking and decision-making skills.\nAbility to think creatively and approach challenges from multiple angles.\nSolid Microsoft Office skills; advanced skills preferred.\nEffective problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nPositive, team-oriented mindset.\nSolution-focused approach.\nEmotional intelligence and the ability to navigate a variety of situations effectively.\nHVAC experience preferred but not required.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$41,000.00 - $82,809.99Compensation Type:\nException HourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
