Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.The Intelligent Services Account Engineer is responsible for analyzing HVAC and facility data to identify opportunities for improved energy efficiency, optimized facility operations, and reduced operating costs. This role develops and recommends comprehensive solutions that support customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainability objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze HVAC system and facility data to identify operational improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures.\nDevelop and recommend complete solutions to improve energy efficiency, enhance facility performance, and reduce associated costs.\nEvaluate utility bills and rate structures to perform utility and energy cost analyses.\nApply HVAC, controls, and energy expertise to assess system performance and identify deficiencies.\nInterpret facility drawings, system documentation, and sequences of operation to support solution development.\nIdentify, calculate, and quantify energy conservation measures (ECMs).\nCollaborate with project development teams to define and specify solution requirements.\nPartner with sales teams to develop customer proposals that balance technical performance and economic feasibility.\nCommunicate technical findings, recommendations, and value propositions clearly and effectively to customers.\nDeliver a high level of customer service through strong communication, responsiveness, and persistence.\nQualifications:\nComprehensive understanding of utility bills, rate structures, and utility analysis.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC fundamentals, building controls, and their impact on energy consumption.\nAbility to interpret facility drawings and sequences of operation.\nStrong analytical, data interpretation, and Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to identify system deficiencies and explain technical concepts to customers.\nExperience identifying and quantifying energy conservation measures (ECMs).\nAbility to work cross-functionally with project development and sales teams.\nStrong customer-facing communication and presentation skills preferred.\nDemonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$77,963.33 - $109,340.00Compensation Type:\nSalaryIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
