This internship is designed in alignment with the ICAI industrial training framework and focuses on structured learning, professional development, and practical exposure to business processes in a guided environment.\nYou will work alongside experienced team members and learn how assurance and advisory assignments are planned and performed. This role is intended to provide foundational exposure to internal controls, risk awareness, documentation practices, and professional communication while supporting the team in day-to-day activities.\nWhere is the work\nStandard Schedule - 4 days in office, 1-day flexible work location\nWe value our employees’ ability to thrive both at work and at home through a work arrangement that supports collaboration, productivity, well-being, and flexibility.\nIn-Office Days: Onsite Monday to Thursday engaging with your colleagues.\nOutstation travel, if any, will be limited and based on business requirements, internship scope, and learning opportunities.\nWhat you will do:\nLearn about internal audit, compliance, and advisory processes through practical exposure and guided assignments.\nSupport assurance and advisory assignments under the guidance of senior team members.\nAssist in audit execution activities such as process walkthroughs, documentation review, control testing, and basic analysis of findings.\nParticipate in process understanding discussions and walkthroughs with guidance from senior team members.\nDevelop working knowledge of accounting, audit, compliance, and risk management concepts.\nSupport data gathering, validation, and basic analytics using tools such as Microsoft Excel.\nContribute to special projects, administrative support tasks, and ad-hoc assignments as needed.\nLearn and demonstrate professional standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all assignments.\nWhat you will bring:\nEducation: CA Intermediate (both groups) cleared\nExperience: Minimum 1 year of completed articleship\nStrong interest in audit, accounting, internal controls, compliance, and business processes.\nBasic understanding of accounting and auditing principles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.\nHigh ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.\nWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
