They manage all receiving transactions and paperwork that flows through the dock and ensure the systems are up to date and accurate to meet all compliance needs. They actively partner with material planning and warehouse teams to minimize outages and dock to stock issues.\nWhat you will do:\nEnsure all receipts are accurate and timely.\nEnsure all receiving documents are properly filled out, audited, and stored for compliance checks\nMaintain standard work related to receiving and document retention\nDocument and track all issues that arise in the receiving process\nCommunicate, document, escalate receiving and compliance issues\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat you will bring:\nProblem Solving: Uses data analysis and excellent processes to help predict problem areas, identify areas of opportunity, and update standard work\nAnalytical: Superior analytical skills\nComputer: High level proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Access, Excel, and Outlook (should have excel skills such as VLOOKUP’s and other intermediate excel knowledge)\nCommunication: Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills\nOther Requirements:\nMust have a valid SC driver’s license and acquire a PIV license for sit down/stand up lift, Yard Dog spotter truck, and golf cart.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$21.00Compensation Type:\nHourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
