If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.\nLearn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.\nWe boldly go.\nWhere is the work:\nOn-Site (5 days)Job Summary：\nThe Maintenance Tool and Die Tech role is responsible for making, repairing, and diagnosing dies, punches, and other tooling/parts.\nWork with team to assess priorities and execute work to support the internal customers’ needs.\nWork closely with Maintenance to support repairs and projects.\nMaintain tooling.\nParticipate in Preventative Maintenance work that involves dies, punches, and other precision-oriented tasks.\nUse problem solving skills to ensure stable operation of the machine shop.\nReport problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Production Supervisor.\nWork closely with support staff such as Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Supervisor, Materials/Warehouse to resolve issues.\nReview drawings, pictures, and/or physical part and build/make part based on information provided.\nPrioritize work based on CMMS work orders and direct assignments\nSustain and drive lean manufacturing and 5S activities.\nHandles any and all tasks required to support plant operations.\nAbility to interpret prints & make parts; heat treat/draw back material; use precision tools.\nEducation, Experience & Skills\nHigh school diploma or General Equivalent Degree (GED) required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nFive (5) years of experience in tool and die shop operations required.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nCNC programming experience preferred\nAbility to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.\nAbility to analyze and solve problems.\nAbility to work with others collaboratively.\nWillingness to change, flex and learn\nAbility to work with a wide variety of personalities both on immediate team and within customer groups\nSelf-motivated\nTeamwork\nWork Pride\nInnovative\nCustomer Focused\nCritical Thinking\nMechanical Aptitude\nBasic Computer Skills\nStandard Work Adherence\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$28.00Compensation Type:\nHourlyIncentive Eligible:\nNoSales Commission Eligible:\nNoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
